HR Analyst - Iron Bridge

Work Location: Iron Bridge. Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off 

Reporting to the Fortescue People Superintendent this role is a key member of the Iron Bridge Fortescue People team, influencing site culture and employee engagement. This role has strong links to the Perth based People Services team.

In this role you will be required to analyse and interpret large sets of data, develop and maintain dashboards, and execute operational workforce planning.    

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and advice to the Iron Bridge team in relation to general Fortescue People enquiries such as policy and procedure interpretation
  • Support key stakeholders in technical input relating to Fortescue People systems
  • Analyse and interpret large sets of data and information; data management and reporting on a monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards
  • Operational workforce planning
  • Proactively identify processes within the Fortescue People that would benefit from improvements

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations 
  • Strong aptitude with data analytics, including excel capability
  • Experience in SAP, Anaplan and SuccessFactors
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrated collaborative approach
