We are Australia’s largest pure-play coal producer generating over $10 billion in Foreign Direct Investment; owning, operating or participating in coal mines across NSW, Queensland and Western Australia. 

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role you will perform a variety of duties to recruit, scree and onboard our talented employees as well as be accountable for generalist HR administrative duties. You will be responsible for: 

• Managing job requisition approvals in the SuccessFactors system
• Creating and posting advertisements on relevant online job boards
• Screening and shortlisting candidates to hriing managers
• Coordinating interviews, creating interview guides and attending interviews when needed
• Generating opffer letters and managing the new employee's onboarding process.
• Support the business and broader HR team with various general HR admin duties.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination will help set you up for success
• Great organisation skills and the ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
• Be a high-level administrator with business management skills including a computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
• Being proactive will be second nature to you
