About the roles

Reporting to the relevant Senior/General Manager within the Iron Ore People team, you will partner with senior leaders to design and/or execute initiatives to enhance culture and engagement in line with the business strategy.

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Relevant senior business partnering experience within a large, networked organisation
• Ability to define strategy and translate that strategy into executable and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leadership and apply contemporary HR systems, processes, and obligations to complex problems
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a way that drives improvement, tests conventional thinking and challenges the status quo
• Experience in organisational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems, organisation and development interventions
• A HR or business-related qualification will be seen as advantageous
• It will be beneficial if you have experience within the resources/heavy industry/manufacturing sector

Where you’ll be working

You will be Perth-based with opportunity to work flexibly from home combined with time in our Central Park offices. There will be the opportunity for Pilbara site travel from time to time, however this will be done on an ad-hoc basis. Site HR Business Partners will be required to travel to site on a regular basis.
