Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Based at Moolarben Coal Operations, reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will be a part of a proactive and collaborative team.

The role will require you to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaborate & assist with implementation of HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR related documents and monthly reporting
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of internal HR processes
  • Administration tasks related to HR

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including excel and word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to handle competing priorities and build relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Positive attitude with effective communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to input data in a timely & efficient manner.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and overcome obstacles in a changing environment

Desirable

  • 2 Years HR or Recruitment Experience
  • SAP Experience
