About the role: We are currently seeking an HR & Remuneration Advisor to join Peabody’s global Human Resources (HR) team and be based in our Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the scope of your new role will be to advise the  Australian platform in support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, site HR Managers in remuneration and generalist HR duties.  

Duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive compensation and remuneration advice within the Australian Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition team, and business leaders covering specific areas of Compensation and Benefits, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services.
  • Assist with supporting SuccessFactors for Australian based employees and the HR team
  • Assist with analysing HR data from internal systems to provide innovative and efficient delivery of business improvement.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance the HR function’s capability to be more innovative, target and customer focused.

The lifestyle: This position is offered on a Monday to Friday basis, working from our Fortitude Valley office with working from home options.  Peabody offers flexible start / finish times and ‘redistributed working week’ giving employees flexibility to finish at noon on Friday’s.
