HR System Analyst (RTAP)

Job Responsibilities

Seeking a new challenge? Then this is an exciting time to join the HR Team at Macmahon in this part-time role.

The HR System Analyst will:

• Liaise between HR stakeholders, IT teams, & external vendors, providing HR process insights to enhance system design & integration.
• Ensure that the system implementation aligns with internal HR needs & business goals.
• Contribute & validate user requirements to facilitate system customisations.
• Advocate for end-user needs & work with vendors to ensure that system configurations support HR operations.
• Ensure the integrity of HR data within the system, testing & validating the system configurations.
• Contribute to the development of training programs for users at all levels, to ensure smooth & effective adoption & utilization of the new HR systems.

About you

• Proven experience in a HR Analyst role.
• Demonstrate experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
• A detail-oriented mindset is essential, emphasising a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of an HCM, encompassing system configuration, data migration, testing, and training, also would be advantageous.
