We are looking for HR Team Lead (Superintendent level positions) to partner with the business through a shared service environment providing appropriate coaching and guidance to Leaders on HR related actions. The successful applicant will be a member of the HR leadership team within the People Experience division and be required to effectively manage a large team as well as engage with stakeholders across shared services and client groups.

- Managing, supporting, and developing a team of HR professionals across a large portfolio
- Interact and influence key stakeholders, build awareness and understanding of the evolved model across the HR community
- Strong knowledge of shared services operations, particularly payroll & human resource processes
- Flexibility and ability to cover wide range of focus areas & operate at multiple levels of detail
- Managing high-volume/high-impact workloads, balancing complex stakeholder relationships within matrix structures, and coaching business leadership to enhance effectiveness in people-related activities
- Leading and implementing key internal projects and initiatives (e.g. continuous improvement and standardisation) aligned to the People Services Regional Operations team
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Proven ability to effectively management key stakeholders and influence when engaging with Leaders across the business
- Demonstrated leadership capability and experience coupled with proven ability to navigate, facilitate and coach Leaders and team members
- Extensive years of experience in Generalist HR role with site-based HR experience in resources sector preferable
- Maintain focus on continuous improvement to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Advanced excel ability/comfortable dealing with large datasets and provide insights to a range of stakeholders
- Experience in using SAP, Workday and other HR systems reporting tools with a keen Understanding of importance of data management and accuracy.
