About the Role
Located in the Gunnedah region this role will be responsible for the governance and maintenance of the Whitehaven Coal HSE MS and Group HSE owned IT platforms. Part of this role will also enable you to develop a coaching mentality to assist our operations end users on how to use the organisational tool in order to achieve quality outcomes for our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Governance and maintenance of HSE and risk owned IT platforms
- Maintenance and governance of Whitehaven Coal Documentation
- Promotion of standardisation of HSE processes, structures, systems and controls to drive effectiveness and efficiency
- Coach end users in order to effectively deliver quality data outputs.
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, demonstrated initiative and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
