HSEQ Advisor - Underground

Macmahon is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at the King of the Hills Underground Mine. If you are passionate about ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met, we want to hear from you.

About the role
FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
Family friendly 8/6 roster starting on nights
Great camp facilities including gym and swimming pool
Small crew with values-based culture heavily promoted
Camp located close to town of Leonora 

About you 

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems at the mine site
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe work environment
• Monitor compliance with legislative and company HSEQ standards
• Provide HSEQ advice, support, and training to site personnel
• Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs
• Cert IV in Health and Safety (Essential)
• Cert IV in Training and Assessing (Desirable)
• Underground mining experience (Highly Desirable)
• Proven ability to manage and advise on HSEQ matters in high-risk environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive attitude to driving safety culture across the site
