About the role
Reporting to the HST Superintendent, our HST Advisors play an integral part in our operations and act as role models in the field alongside our workforce to promote the effective application of all health, safety and training programs.
In your day to day you will assist with ongoing safety and education working with our amazing team on site to really drive positive safety outcomes and initiatives. You will be responsible for promoting awareness of SHET Practices and reporting incidents.
About You
As a dynamic go getter with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders you will need to possess the following certs and licences.
Jaguar Operations is an established underground zinc, copper, gold and silver mining operation located 65km north of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. It was acquired by Aeris Resources in July 2022. The Jaguar Operations tenement package spans a 410km2 area and hosts multiple favourable stratigraphic horizons along a 50km corridor.
Operations include an underground mine at the Bentley deposit utilising open stoping methods and a 600ktpa processing plant producing copper and zinc concentrates with precious metals by-products. Concentrates are trucked to Geraldton for export to customers internationally.

- Cert IV TAE
- Cert IV WHS
- C Class DL
- ICAM
- Previous HSE & Training Experience
- FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
- 8/6 roster
