Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent - Open Cut, the role will see you utilise your generalist HR and recruitment experience to coach and advise employees and managers in all areas of HR including; workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and HR legislation and policy. You will also provide effective end to end recruitment support and onboarding.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
• Demonstrated experience in contemporary HR practices, ideally in the resources industry
• User experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish working relationships at all levels within a large organization
