Silver Lake Resources has an exciting opportunity for a recent HR Graduate to kick start their career and support the delivery of our people strategy. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be exposed to all facets of Human Resources including providing operational support, be actively involved in various aspects of the employee life cycle, Recruitment, Training & Employee Relations management.

No two days will be the same! You will be trusted to:

  • Provide timely, consistent, and high-quality guidance across the entire HR life cycle to employees
  • Assist with creation of employment contracts, staff letters and contract variations as well as employee onboarding
  • Provide support for IR-related activities as required
  • Provide general administration support to the HR team and the wider team as required
  • Support HR marketing activities including social media, website management & preparation of marketing materials

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Currently studying or recently completed formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related area
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Discretion and an ability to maintain sensitive information and figures
  • A passion for driving continuous improvement on HR Systems / practices

This is an excellent opportunity to develop all-round human resources skills with a mid-tier mining organisation with the opportunity to undertake a variety of activities across of the Company’s mine sites.

The salary for this role will be negotiated in line with skills and experience.
