Do you experience job satisfaction from:

• Providing HR generalist advice and support to all department leaders and employees
• Recruiting and on-boarding new employees
• Driving the performance review and employee development processes
• Reporting on key HR metrics
• Stewarding compliance to Company policies and procedures, relevant acts and legislation

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications or are working towards obtaining tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
• Heavy Industry experience is desirable
• Leadership capability, strong interpersonal skills and a strategic approach to creating and maintaining a learning and growth culture would make you a stand out!
