About the Role
The role can be based in Brisbane or Perth.
In this role, you will work with various key stakeholders within our functions and operations to help drive identity standards, support our internal and external policies and provide key input and guidance to ensure our Identity landscape is aligned with industry standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Customers, Stakeholders and Management
- Help define the Identity strategy across all Identity platforms, programs, initiatives, and capabilities to align with BHP strategic and security goals
- Maintain a constructive and healthy relationship with our internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Provide technical guidance to the development team in regard to security and access management
- Develop and maintain documentation and key input into roadmaps for Identity solutions
- Provide support and guidance to the team and leadership regarding escalated incidents
- Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures
About You
- Experience in the delivery of Identity solutions such as design, implementation, monitor and support key platforms such as: Active Directory, Azure AD, Digital Certificates, Access Governance Platforms
- Hands-on technical experience in systems integration or software engineering of IAM & PAM solutions (AD on prem & cloud, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, Sail Point, Saviynt)
- Experience or exposure to User lifecycle management processes, workflows and technologies
- Collaborative mind-set and advanced interpersonal skills
- Strong experience building mutually sound and beneficial relationships across multiple groups of stakeholders
- Happy to work in a highly distributed team.
- STEM Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and agile ways of working.
- Certification in identity, cybersecurity highly desirable
