We are seeking a dynamic and proactive self-starter to undertake this role based in our Osborne Park Office (WA). As our Injury Management & HSET Administrator, you will provide administration support to the HSET Team.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in Vendor and Employee onboarding processes.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs relating to Workers’ Compensation, Injury Management, Return to Work
- Ensure that HSET standards and directives are up to date and actively followed in the workplaces.
- Coordinate receipt of new injury notifications from all states and ensure timely communication with injured parties and key stakeholders (client management, brokers, doctors)
- Track, control cost in injury claims and prepare reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all States Legislation and the Self Insurance requirements.
- Assist in sourcing the identification of suitable or pre-injury employment;
- File & submit all paperwork to the insurers across all states
- Liaise with payroll – keep informed for salary adjustments
- Record keeping of all costs / invoices for workers comp and non-compensable cases
- Actively develop, improve and promote Injury Management and Return to Work processes across the Group
About you:
- High level of administration experience for example, scheduling, managing accounts, submitting reports;
- Previous experience in Mining/Resources or Civil industries – advantageous;
- Ability to apply attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness completing tasks efficiently and effectively;
- 2+ years’ administration experience with the ability to handle varied tasks requiring independent judgment;
- Reliable, punctual, organised, efficient, self-motivated, and resourceful;
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously;
- Willingness to learn and take direction from management;
- Effective planning and organizing skills with the ability to handle simultaneous projects with competing priorities;
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; and
- Substantial knowledge and experience using computer programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
