Title: Instructional Designer 

Work location: Perth Preference, open to remote working across Australia for the right candidate 

Roster: Monday to Friday

Joining the Capability & Development (C&D) function you will work closely with the Lead Learning and Development to identify and define the learning need and developing the solution.

  • Managing the design and development of solutions end to end ensuring the successful delivery
  • work with a team of learning and development specialist to implement key initiatives within the FFI Learning Academy.
  • Leveraging innovative learning design methodologies and techniques with a range of platforms

Qualification & Skills required: 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and SMEs
  • Have experience designing blended learning programs, eLearning courses, videos, animations, and evolving technologies
  • Bring a growth and innovation mindset to explore what is possible in learning and development
  • Versatility across learning methodologies and platforms
