Integrated Operations Planner - Decarbonisation
Work location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Operations Planner to manage the schedules between green fleet, demand response and associated site infrastructure as it is defined and delivered across all FMG Sites.
Reporting to Manager Project Controls, you will work closely with the Green Mobility management team and the Integrated Operations management team to interface with the numerous work streams of the decarbonisation initiative throughout the lifecycle of the portfolio of projects.
We are seeking a key participant in a high performing team who consistently demonstrates leadership, is proactive and takes ownership of their outputs, is courageous and will engage in constructive conflict with the view to continually improve objectives and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely project control services
- Maintain Level 2/3 schedule for the Green Fleet and associated Site Infrastructure.
- Coordinate integration works in accordance with portfolio strategy and objectives
- Analyse and report on overall progress and performance of the program, proactively work with project teams and stakeholders to understand implications of deviations and mitigations for negative impacts on future works and key program and portfolio milestones
- Review and analyse Key Performance Indicators
- Review and endorse program, and projects baselines
- Establish program schedule reporting structure and coding in line with portfolio requirements
- Provide functional support to Projects Planning team members
- Perform Schedule risk assessment and analysis
- Analyse and recommend strategies for the project and programme schedule implementation
- Evaluate critical change impacts on schedule and implement approved changes
- Prepare overview and assist in accommodation strategy delivery
- Assist with analysis of commodity and resource budget, performance, utilisation and forecasts
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations on schedule and program performance
Qualifications and skills required:
- Technical Qualification or Background.
- Engineering and or Project Management degree desirable
- 10yrs + experience consisting of at least 2 years of owner team and 8 years of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management
- Primavera P6 and MS Project
