About the role

Reporting to the Global Program Director, Modern ERP this role will oversee the planning and delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, resources, budgets, changes, and risks to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead program management activities, including project controls, reporting, and governance.
  • Coordinate reporting across multiple teams for the Modern ERP program.
  • Prioritise project tasks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities that could impact program success.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for consulting support.
  • Oversee program governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage program operations from a cost and resourcing perspective.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding practices.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and program metrics.

Core attributes and experience

Proven experience in project management, with a strong foundation in project management fundamentals.

Deep understanding of business processes and experience in process optimization (GPOs).

Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor project teams within a PMO environment.

Successful track record in delivering large-scale programs with multiple projects and stakeholders.

Expertise in contract management for large consulting firms, particularly in the context of S4 delivery.

Proven ability to manage contracts and ensure performance with consulting firms.

Attention to detail, disciplined approach, and ability to work autonomously.
