Job Tasks and Responsibilities

What does your daily life look like at Yancoal?

As an International Trade Officer, you will coordinate international trade activities; perform contracts administration, analyse data and prepare presentations for the team. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare marketing reports to support contract performance management.
• Manage contract administration in a bespoke marketing system.
• Support audit compliance requirements.
• Prepare presentations.

Skills and Experience

What do you need to be part of Yancoal?

To be successful in the role you will require the following skills:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field (e.g. International Business, Economics and/or Commerce)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to generate and analyse reports and data
• Strong Excel skills
• Enjoy learning about other cultures
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Highly desirable – Mandarin speaking
