Light Vehicle Planner Maintenance Services
Work Location: Iron Bridge. Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.
Roster: 4D/3R – FIFO ex Perth
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare weekly work schedules for area of responsibility accurately and effectively
- Manage notifications and creation of work orders
- Chair Weekly Planning / Notification meetings
- Release Work Orders at required Planning Horizon (30 days usually) to allow materials to be available for planned date
- Materials management and ensuring schedules are work ready and all required resources are available
- Submit or process ANCI (Add non-catalogued Item) and ATI (Additions to Inventory) requests
- Follow work management process and provide coaching and support to maintenance teams around work management
- Capacity planning
- Maintain Fleet Planner
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Maintenance Planning / Scheduling
- Experience preparing weekly work schedules for area of responsibility
- Experience in making decisions to balance urgent and important tasks on hand
- Experience with materials and parts
- Management of CMMS data integrity (SAP Alignment, status usage, correct use of PM01, PM02, PM03, PM05 Work Order types.)
- Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance principles
- Understanding of Work Management processes
- Understanding of condition monitoring techniques (eg. Oil Analysis, Vibration Monitoring and Thermal)
- Understanding of Reliability Engineering investigation processes (RCA) and data analysis
