Light Vehicle Planner Maintenance Services

Work Location: Iron Bridge. Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 4D/3R – FIFO ex Perth

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare weekly work schedules for area of responsibility accurately and effectively
• Manage notifications and creation of work orders
• Chair Weekly Planning / Notification meetings
• Release Work Orders at required Planning Horizon (30 days usually) to allow materials to be available for planned date
• Materials management and ensuring schedules are work ready and all required resources are available
• Submit or process ANCI (Add non-catalogued Item) and ATI (Additions to Inventory) requests
• Follow work management process and provide coaching and support to maintenance teams around work management
• Capacity planning
• Maintain Fleet Planner

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Maintenance Planning / Scheduling
• Experience preparing weekly work schedules for area of responsibility
• Experience in making decisions to balance urgent and important tasks on hand
• Experience with materials and parts
• Management of CMMS data integrity (SAP Alignment, status usage, correct use of PM01, PM02, PM03, PM05 Work Order types.)
• Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance principles
• Understanding of Work Management processes
• Understanding of condition monitoring techniques (eg. Oil Analysis, Vibration Monitoring and Thermal)
• Understanding of Reliability Engineering investigation processes (RCA) and data analysis
