Isolations and Permitting Supervisor
Work Location: Hedland Operations - Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.
Roster: 4D/3R with flexibility around shutdown requirements – Hedland Residential role (relocation offered).
Subject matter expert for isolations and permitting at Anderson Point. Provide leadership and direction to isolations and permitting team, oversee operational and shutdown requirements in area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision of 8x direct reports,
- Manage team roster and adherence to fatigue management policy
- Adherence to shutdown readiness processes and milestones,
- Implementation of isolations and permitting system improvements,
- Ensuring Isolations and Permitting safe systems of work are adequate for all new installations on site,
- Facilitate isolation reviews and audits
Qualification and Experience:
- Electrical trade or engineering background - desirable
- Previous experience in isolations and permitting systems as a subject matter expert
- Previous supervisory experience - desirable
- Experience working in fast paced and changing environment
