About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect – Source/Purchase to Pay to lead key strategic roadmap inputs, architecture design and outcomes within the Source to Pay (S2P) domain to define business requirements and produce “fit for purpose” architecture options and outcomes in the S2P production systems, whilst ensuring the ongoing operational stability of the global S2P systems.

Reporting to the IS&T Business Partner, Source to Pay, and working in collaborative and exciting environment within our global IS&T Team, you will:

• Be responsible for IT delivery of high priority business initiatives, ensuring that desired business outcomes are met.
• Assess design, applications and systems alternatives and provide recommendation to the IS&T Business Partner and key Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Produce architecture design options and recommendation to achieve business outcomes that function effectively within the overall S2P systems landscape, incl SAP and SAAS systems
• Be responsible for architectural oversight and assurance at design, build, test and go live stages, including overseeing our Offshore Service Provider’s deliverables.
• Contribute and/or assure the design and implementation of integrated applications to ensure consistency with the data models and standards to allow the business to maximise the opportunity for applications to integrate with core ERP platforms, data models and governance supporting business processes and reporting.
• Provide functional solution expertise and process analysis to support benefit realisation
• Govern and maintain Source/Purchase to Pay master data objects across the systems, to ensure alignment to the Business S2P Data Strategy standards and requirements.

What you’ll bring

Ability to provide strategic systems roadmap inputs, within the S2P domain, based on Functional/Product Group vision and innovative system trends, in order to maintain a current S2P systems strategy and roadmap.

Define roadmap needs in close collaboration with our internal business process owners.

Co-create business requirements with the internal Customers, in order to achieve desired business outcomes, whilst remaining aligned with the S2P strategic business vision and systems strategy, as well as risk and controls framework.

Produce architecture design options and recommendation, in order to achieve business outcomes and equally as important, function effectively within the overall S2P systems landscape.

Provide functional solution expertise, process analysis and consulting services across IS&T and Commercial teams

Engage with Customers (Managers and/or General Managers) to evaluate options and agree preferred approach, in order to proceed to IT governance and IS&T/Customer delivery planning stages.

Responsible for architectural oversight and assurance at build, test and go live stages (working closely with Offshore Delivery Partner).

Deliver solution design and implementation estimates and lead software product selection, leveraging knowledge from other SME practitioners.
