Job Costing Specialist

Due to team expansion, we are seeking a Job Costing Specialist for our Mackay workshop team.

About the Role: 

Some key responsibilities will be:

• Job creation, maintenance and closure - calculating & adding costs
• Data entry and reporting
• General Administration tasks
• Raising, checking & approving requisitions
• Forecast and monitor monthly budgets.
• Receipting and processing of supplier invoices
• Invoicing jobs as completed, averaging $2.5M per month.

About You:

• Ability to close out matters by quickly identifying the core issues
• Maintain open expression of ideas and opinions.
• Attention to detail in sourcing required information and data 
• Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved
• Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently.
• Choose to take initiative to assist in creating or improving processes or services
