KOTH Mine Site will transition to an owner‑operator model in November 2026. The Mining Production Leadership Team is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Production Operators across multiple disciplines.

King of the Hills (KOTH) is the flagship operation of Vault Minerals Limited and one of the largest gold mines in Australia. After a significant expansion, KOTH now features a 7.5 million tonne per annum (Mtpa) processing plant, providing a solid platform for long-term production growth. This dynamic operation combines open-pit and underground mining, with exciting exploration activities driving the future. KOTH is located approximately 900 km northeast of Perth and 25 km north of Leonora, within the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.

Production Superintendent

Production Supervisor

Excavator Operators

Grader Operators

Dozer Operators

Allrounder Operators

Dump Truck Operator

Water Cart Operator

Our brand new fleet will include Hitachi Excavators (EX3600, EX2600, and EX1200), CAT 16JOY Graders, CAT 992 Loaders, CAT D10TT Dozers, and Hitachi EH3500AC‑3 trucks.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an open pit mining environment within your chosen discipline.
• Demonstrated experience operating Caterpillar and Hitachi machinery within a hard rock mining environment.
• Working knowledge of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2020 the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
• Currently hold a Manual C class Driver's Licence.
