At MRM, were currently seeking an experienced maintenance or engineering professional to join our Mobile Maintenance team as Lead Advisor - Operations Contracts. Reporting to the Superintendent - Mobile Maintenance, you will be the key point-of-contact for operational contracts across our Mining Maintenance department, ensuring that the services delivered comply with contractual agreements and meet business objectives and performance metrics.
This role is offered on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster, FIFO from Darwin.

At MRM, were currently seeking an experienced maintenance or engineering professional to join our Mobile Maintenance team as Lead Advisor - Operations Contracts. Reporting to the Superintendent - Mobile Maintenance, you will be the key point-of-contact for operational contracts across our Mining Maintenance department, ensuring that the services delivered comply with contractual agreements and meet business objectives and performance metrics.
This role is offered on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster, FIFO from Darwin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with monitoring, control and management of operational contracts to meet business expectations and targets
- Audit of contracts and associated documentation to ensure compliance to the contact terms and conditions
- Coordinate weekly/monthly contact meetings and maintain clear and accurate documentation in relation to KPI targets and areas of contract non compliance
- Assist with the implementation and transition of new operational contracts
- Promote, develop and sustain contract stakeholder relationships to enhance value of contract
- Ensure compliance with the Glencore Contactor Management process
- Proactively identify and assist in resolving contract disputes including invoice accuracy
- Facilitate the New Contractor/Supplier/Partner accreditation process for future work
- Track and measure equipment performance and associated consumables which includes but not limited to tyres, undercarriage, fuel, oil, ground engaging tools etc.
Competencies, qualifications and skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management or related
- Demonstrated experience in a contract management role
- Strong business acumen
- Previous experience in mining operations advantageous
- Highly developed organisational, communication & time management skills
