Title: Lead Learning Digitization
Work location: Perth Preference, open to remote working across Australia for the right candidate
Roster: Mon to Friday
Joining the Capability & Development (C&D) function, you will ead the digitalization of Learning at FFI, working with the business to identify and development the technology roadmap to support FFI Academy and digital learning methodologies.
C&D function brings together experts from various areas of specialism – Learning, HR Analytics, Knowledge Management, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Continuous Improvement and Causal learning. The C&D Function will deliver the Global FFI strategy in these areas, provide thought leadership, set standards, define methodology, drive innovation and lead communities of practice.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Consult and identify requirements for the current and future of learning to meet FFI growth
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external partners to enable the implementation of the technology roadmap
- Working within the learning and development team to coach and support the business on the use and implementation of new technologies
- Use external and internal insights to bring innovation in how FFI uses learning to improve capabilities and performance across the group, including overseeing the innovation funnel with innovation initiatives coming from anywhere in the model, but channeled here.
Qualifications and skill required
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced diploma in relevant field
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification highly advantageous
- Experience in a similar Digital learning Environment
- Experience in a leadership role
- Proficient with learning delivery strategies
- Advance knowledge of digital learning technologies
- Proficient in data analysis and management for decision-making
- Proficient in applying commercial and business principles in decision-making across the value chain to optimize value
- Proficient in the practical application of the Operating Model principles (Operational Planning, Work Management, and feedback)
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
