About the role

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to support our Modern ERP program. The Lead Solution Architect will act as a top talent across ERP solution design, applications and process, with extensive SAPS/4 HANA deployment experience. This role is primarily tasked with ensuring a consistent and coherent Modern ERP solution design.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Architecture & Strategy APAC and working in a collaborative community, your key responsibilities will be:
Contributing to customer engagement, providing guidance on solution design options to deliver optimal outcomes
Working directly with the business and partners to identify architectural gaps
Executing quality checks during implementation that ensure adherence to outcomes
Working closely with global process owners (GPOs) to provide solution options or recommendations that assist in realising additional value
Partnering with SAP functional architects to educate the GPOs on solution enhancements
Working closely with the GPOs to identify opportunities for optimisation and recommend best practice
Providing support to the program on RFP submissions and relevant statements of work and SAP bill of materials
Partnering with internal IT teams supporting the Modern ERP project
About You
10+ years of experience in deployment of SAP S/4 HANA-centric, ERP solutions
Strong understanding of the SAP product roadmaps specific to each functional domain
Strong understanding of ERP integration strategies
Demonstrated experience and success working strategically and collaboratively with cross functional teams
Demonstrated team leadership with the proven ability to lead a team of solution architects across a large ERP related project
Ability to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with their peers and a commitment to teamwork
