Lead Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation 

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

The Supply Chain Lead Strategy & Transformation, will own the strategic development, growth, and transformation agenda for the CPSC function, working collaboratively to develop and implement FFI’s strategic supply chain transformation priorities.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Develop long term vision for key strategy and transformation initiatives
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and input to ensure alignment with FFI’s values and strategic objectives
  • Identify and develop opportunities for CPSC growth and continuous improvement
  • Develop market intelligence profile for key categories and lead design of inputs, stakeholder engagement and application of insights to strategic business & portfolio decisions
  • Build Supply Chain and Procurement data analytics capability, including automation of data collection and analysis requirements and integration with Project Controls processes
  • Establish long term strategic plan to eliminate supply chain emissions from FFI’s projects and operations
  • Centralise the supply chain interface with FFI’s Sustainability function and provide support to CPSC professionals completing due diligence and ongoing management
  • Facilitate deep supply chain risk assessments and recurring reviews, and support stakeholders to develop mitigations
  • Broaden the inclusion of business continuity planning in supply chain development strategies, and stress test existing supply chains for resilience to internal and external events

Qualifications and skills required:

  • At least +5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Strategy and ESG
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple high value transactions
  • Passion for genuine and meaningful change
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Able to think broadly to develop medium and long term strategic and organisational considerations, and effectively translate into actionable plans
  • Respectful manner with others, supportive approach that takes ownership over quality of outcomes
  • Values driven leadership
  • Understands the importance of stakeholder relationships and can engage effectively with CPSC, Project Controls, Sustainability, External Affairs, Legal, Finance and others to co-ordinate and ensure package delivery parameters are met.
  • Self-driven and takes initiative to progress and deliver own and team/unit work.
