About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Leadership Development Facilitator, based at Perth, WA. The Leadership Development Facilitator role provides technical expertise in the strategy and development of capability learning programs, products and systems across BHP. Primarily responsible for the facilitation and management of the leadership course suit, the role also;

Deploys and facilitates effective and sustainable learning solutions that supports business performance goals and a continuous learning culture

Creates learner focused environments to enable healthy debate and decision making supporting the development of culture and capability within BHP

Utilises facilitation methodologies and tools to build learning products and experiences that support acquisition of knowledge

Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance

Identifies, engages, and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
-
Applies multiple lenses and stakeholder perspectives to enhance decision making outcomes
-
Makes strategic decisions that support the achievement of functional, operational and organisational objectives

About You

Expert communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to travel

Delivers content face-to-face in a compelling manner

Optimises group dynamics when facilitating or presenting

Identifies the learning and development needs within a cohort and coaches on the distinction between knowledge and/or skill gap
-
Adapts presentations and communication style to influence and create buy-in from complex stakeholder groups

Required Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing

recommended Coaching qualification

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
A tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
