Leading Hand - Fitter

Join the Granny Smith Cable Bolting team as a Leading Hand and be responsible for a small crew completing daily servicing, repairs and maintenance to the heavy and light vehicle fleet of Sandvik DS421 & DS422i cablebolt rigs, CAT wheel loaders and Toyota Landcruisers.

About you

• At least 1yr experience in a Leadership role 
• At least 5yrs experience as a tradesperson, preferably within a mine site environment
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Demonstrated experience working on Sandvik Cable Bolters or similar
• Experienced in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment underground
• Breakdown repairs and servicing of heavy mining equipment
• Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical systems
• Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis
