 About the Role:

• Lead a team of HD Fitters in daily tasks and projects
• Assist with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on mobile plant equipment
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist leadership with technician reports, timekeeping, and job documentation
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality workmanship to enhance the overall customer experience
• Manage job allocations to meet schedules and priorities
• Hold workshop personnel accountable for safety, quality, and alignment to plan

What You’ll Need:

• Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Ability to read and interpret OME diagrams
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team
• Full working rights in Australia (No visa sponsorship available)
