Emeco is seeking a Leading Hand – Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our expanding team at the Devon mine site in the Goldfields, WA.

Whether you’re an experienced Leading Hand ready for your next challenge, or a Heavy Diesel Mechanic who has taken on leadership duties and is ready to step up—this role offers a genuine career progression pathway.

What You’ll Bring

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel trade certificate
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Strong mining experience across breakdowns, diagnostics, servicing, and component change-outs
• Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi equipment
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
