We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Hydraulic Technician in the Cylinder Bay to join our Force Equipment Workshop team based in Mackay. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced trades people and be responsible for the following;
- Managing jobs and supporting a small team in achieving daily targets
- Ongoing maintenance and servicing of Emeco/client equipment and machines
- Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within cost targets
- Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
- Working with Emeco/Force customers to meet company objectives
We are looking for
- 3-5 years post trade experience, leadership experience is highly desirable
- Experienced and trade qualified HD Fitters/Mechanics
- Significant post trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment, specialising in Caterpillar (highly desirable)
- A strong commitment to safety
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions focus
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- High Risk Work Licence with Dogging, Rigging, Crane, EWP and Working at Heights classifications will be highly regarded
