Rio Tinto are looking for trade qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics who are interested in going through our fast-tracked apprenticeship pathway program to obtain a Heavy-Duty Mobile Plant Technology qualification. The positions are located across various Pilbara mine sites, flying in and out of Perth on an 8/6 -7/7 roster.
What you will bring
- A commitment to the health and safety of yourself and your team
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology – AUR30616 also can be AUR30620
- Trade Certificate must be uploaded with your resume, if possible
- A Manual C Class Driver's Licence
- A desire to work in the mining industry
- The ability to work autonomously in a challenging environment
