About the Role
We are looking for talented Load & Haul Production Coordinators to join our Production Execution team based at Peak Downs mine site in Central Queensland. As part of the next stage of growth for Operations Services Peak Downs Deployment, we are seeking highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic team members to help lead our deployment. Reporting to the OS Superintendent for Load and Haul, this is an integral role in the team. This role requires the successful candidate to demonstrate coordination and planning skills along with high standards of communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Success will be based on safety, production efficiency and collaborative engagement of the stakeholders to achieve optimal production outcomes within Load & Haul. The successful candidates will be working on a 7 on, 7 off roster.

Highly experienced in Open Cut Production Mining (Pre-Strip and Coal Mining).

Identify and implement Load & Haul Production improvement opportunities.

Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to achieve best for business outcomes.

Provide expertise and report events / hazards in a timely and accurate manner.

Provides guidance to the planning and production execution teams in developing and delivering the mine plan.

Consistent delivery of Mastery verifications in line with the standards.

Focus on week 0 to week +1 planning and execution

Provide as needed support to the Load and Haul Superintendent in the form of leave coverage, investigation support, and current week planning.
