Long Term Planner

We are seeking a Long-Term Planner based in Brisbane to support the delivery of effective, achievable maintenance plans across NSW and SA sites. This role is critical in ensuring major maintenance planning is achieved proactively, efficiently, and in line with the Emeco Maintenance Strategy.

About the Role

Working within a rolling 12-week to 6 month planning horizon, you will:

• Develop long- and medium-term maintenance plans for major component events and return to work assets.
• Balance labour availability, component supply, asset condition, and budget constraints
• Work with both internal and external teams to monitor and provide completed component reports
• Maintain the Long-Term Plan with clear documentation, while working with approved plans to Short-Term planning for execution
• Facilitate and chair planning meetings and coordinate with regional, reliability, shutdown, and procurement teams
• Working with internal and external stakeholders you will have an ability to source, procure and achieve targets within planned maintenance timeframes

About You

• Experience maintaining heavy mobile earthmoving equipment (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu preferred)
• Proven background in maintenance planning and scheduling highly desired
• Use initiative and strategic thinking to navigate constraints and consistently meet deadlines and targets
