About You

As a Longwall Maintenance Coordinator at Ulan West Operations, you will operate as a part of the Engineering team reporting into the Longwall Superintendent while closely working with the Senior Mechanical Engineer. 
 
You experience job satisfaction from:
- Effectively planning and coordinating mechanical activities to ensure the availability, reliability and performance 
- Developing and maintaining an equipment maintenance strategy, including monitoring maintenance reports and trends to predict requirements
- Contributing to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives with regard to the mechanical engineering systems and procedures on site

You posses:
- Trade, Diploma or Bachelor qualifications in engineering (Mechanical)
- Relevant industry experience, Longwall experience an advantage
- Strong Communication skills;
- Ability to create and maintain a safe environment by ensuring Safe Work Practices are followed for mechanical tasks;
