Lubrication Technician Entry
Work Location: Hedland Operations - Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.
Roster: Monday to Friday (School Hours) – Residentially in Hedland
A great opportunity for someone new to the industry. This role encompasses the very basics of mechanical maintenance in execution of planned and scheduled lubrication of our fixed plant assets. Reporting to the Mechanical Dayshift Supervisor, you would be responsible for the tasks outlined below:
Key accountabilities will include:
- Scheduled greasing of conveyor belts and balance machine equipment
- Regular inspections of fixed plant equipment
- Regular replacement of oils and lubricants
- Generating great ideas on safety improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
- All training will be provided on the job
