Lubrication Technician

Work Location: Ironbridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster:  8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth

Role overview:

The Ironbridge OPF & CHF Reliability team is looking for a skilled Lubrication Technicians to fill current roles to assist our operation in equipment lubrication, contamination control, inspections and proactive maintenance activities for all lubricated mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Hydrocarbon system inspection, servicing and management.
• Hydrocarbon sampling and asset health analysis.
• Automated lubrication system management.
• Design, fabrication and installation of lubrication systems.
• Inspection and servicing of fixed plant equipment.
• Report generation, work management and strategy optimisation tasks.

Qualifications and Experience: (max 6 bullet points)

• LCAT or MLA Qualifications
• Fixed plant experience
• Hydraulic systems experience
• Carrying out quality inspections, repairs, and maintenance of fixed plant equipment
• High level of attention to detail
• Forklift and MR/HR licence.
