We currently have a vacancy for an Electrical Maintainer within the Brockman Utilities Network team reporting to the Electrical Supervisor. The role on offer requires the successful candidate to work a 12 hour day shift only 8/6 FIFO roster. There will also be a requirement to be on rostered callout for breakdowns.

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will

  • Safely carry out inspections, scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance on Utilities managed assets

  • Electrical transmission and distribution

  • Fuel terminal and other hydrocarbon assets

  • Ensure that maintenance is of high quality

  • Use of SAP systems to raise notifications, complete time confirmations and enter reliability and maintenance activity information

What you’ll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

  • Understanding of RTIO safety systems and demonstrated strong health & safety performance.

  • Western Australian Electrical Workers A grade License

  • Experience in the maintenance of PLCs and Citect systems

  • Background in industrial electrical maintenance

  • Western Australian C class driver’s license

  • Very customer focused with a collaborative approach

  •  Experience in high voltage network switching and operations

  • High Voltage switching qualification

It will also be beneficial if you have: 

  • Experience in the maintenance of high voltage transmission and distribution systems

  • Working Safely at Heights and EWP qualification

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Western Australian Heavy Rigid driver’s license

  • High Risk Work Licenses in LF, CV, DG, RG, C6, WP

This role is offered FIFO from Perth to our Brockman 4 site, on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. This role could also be considered as FIFO from our regional hubs which include Busselton, Albany, or Geraldton.
