Maintenance Admin

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced (HME) Maintenance Administrator to join the team based in Osborne Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Utilise the Maintenance Management System through concise and accurate entry of equipment records
- Daily entering of SMU hours and downtime into Maintenance Management System
- Raise parts requisitions with Procurement team for major and non-major component work scopes
- Raise labour and service requisitions with Procurement team for major and non-major component work scopes
- Close off work orders upon completion of job ensuring all relevant information is captured into CMMS (AMT)
- Update component details in the Maintenance Management System upon completion of job
- Engage with Maintenance team to improve defect recording and management, and to ensure production and other targets are achieved across the operation
- Engage with Regional team to ensure that works are completed according to customer requirements and constraints
- Mobilise Emeco employees and contractors to various sites across WA
- Review timesheets using E-Time sheets for Payroll submission
- Manage internal travel requests via 3rd Party FCM booking system
- Work in conjunction with the Accounts team to review & correct invoice queries
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
- Demonstrated experience in Inventory management and Procurement
- Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
- High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to foster strong working relationships
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (AMT) and Microsoft Office Suite.
