We are Australia’s largest pure-play coal producer generating over $10 billion in Foreign Direct Investment; owning, operating or participating in coal mines across NSW, Queensland and Western Australia.   

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

This exciting and newly created position will see you be an instrumental team member, responsible for all things administration within the Engineering team.

Some key tasks will include;

• Producing weekly, monthly and adhoc reports for costs, delays and work order information
• Manage completed works orders in accordance with mines defect management and work order flow processes
• Input data and control information management systems such as Pulse and SAP

Skills and Experience

• Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Competent using the full range of Microsoft programs
• Proficient in SAP and Pulse data experience
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same or similar position
