Emeco is currently seeking experienced Site Administrator's to join our team on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.  

We have ongoing projects in the Goldfields region and are looking for a proactive administrator who will play an essential role in supporting our team.

The successful candidate will be required to perform a broad range of administration duties, including but not limited to the following;

  • Arranging mobilisation of workers to site;
  • Arranging and booking travel and accommodation;
  • Timesheet entry for employees and subcontractors;
  • Supporting managers in the creation and maintenance of rosters;
  • Raising PO's and receipting;
  • Maintain fuel records;
  • Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments;
  • Management of work orders - costs, payments and general process management, liaising with external clients and providers;
  • Assisting site Managers with 'ad hoc' and requests for support;
  • Maintaining equipment records and work orders;
  • Assist with development of department reports and presentations;
  • Provide status reports to the Senior Rental Administrator as required;
  • Liaising with Procurement team for delivery of goods and services;
  • Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions;
  • Make up service packs from the weekly plan for all planned work. Print open work orders to be completed at service and include in job packs;
  • Process job planning forms;
  • Ordering parts;
  • Processing inward & outward goods; and

Your Skills and Experience

  • A 'can do' attitude!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exposure to working FIFO rosters to remote project work sites
  • Drivers License (C Class minimum)
  • Adaptable to change and willingness to accommodate a flexible approach to daily duties
  • Good attention to detail and drive to get things right
  • Experience in the mobilisation of workers
  • Experience in maintaining records including training matrix's
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to gauge importance / urgency of matters as they arise and make independent decisions on action to be taken
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support the objectives of the team; and
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and team orientated work environment.
