About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Planning, you will be responsible for coordinating work management supply and finance activities for the Maintenance team, to enable the scheduling and delivery of planned work.
In this role you will also be responsible for processing work orders for shutdown work, reviewing weekly schedules, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring tasks are assigned the maintenance team.
This full-time permanent position, you will be based in Leinster, a country town of Western Australia, on a Fly-in-fly-out basis from Perth on a 7/7 FIFO roster.
Leinster is located in the northern region of the Goldfields. The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences – an Olympic size swimming pool, health, and fitness center, race-course, and even an 18 hole golf course. Employees commute to and from Perth on a fly-in / fly-out roster or have the option to live residentially in Leinster.

About You
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Proficient in SAP system, specifically in maintenance modules,
- Forklift ticket,
- Experience with the Maintenance Work Management process,
- Have strong organisational skills and not be afraid to join the team to complete tasks as required
- C Class Drivers licence essential
