Join the Perth Workshop team as a Maintenance Estimator to liaise with internal & external customers to estimate, quote and monitor repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to get off the tools and enjoy being able to see your family each day!
About the role
- Take ownership of the customer experience by providing complete customer care.
- Be accountable for accurate and efficient job scoping and estimating.
- Based at the Perth Workshop.
- Full time hours, Mon – Fri.
About you
- Relevant Trade Qualification.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment such as CAT, Hitachi.
- SAP & Microsoft Suite knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of OEM parts systems and literature, particularly SIS, Caterpillar.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes.
