About This Role
Our Open Cut operations at Tarrawonga Mine are seeking safe and efficient fitters to join the team on a permanent basis. We have an ultra-class fleet of mining equipment including CAT and Hitachi machinery.
What You'll Do
- All Required Repairs + maintenance on a wide range of mobile equipment
- Work with minimum supervision to achieve production targets
- Demonstrate visible safe working practises and application of JSA’s
- Carry out assigned work orders and coordinate with production and maintenance personnel
What You’ll Bring
You will be an experienced heavy diesel fitter having worked on mining or heavy industry mobile plant, and ideally possess;
- Relevant trade qualification and experience
- Live local to the Gunnedah area or willing to relocate (financial assistance provided)
- Ability to work Days and Nights on the lifestyle roster (4/5/5/4)
- Current Drivers Licence
