Maintenance Manager

At Emeco, we’re driven by performance — and our people make it happen. We’re seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our fleet maintenance operations at Olympic Dam, ensuring our mobile equipment remains safe, reliable, and operating at maximum availability.

• Lead all site-based maintenance activities to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant fleet performance.

• Manage maintenance teams, resources, and service contracts to meet project requirements.

• Oversee daily operations, shutdown coordination, and long-term planning.

• Drive cost control and manage monthly R&M spend in line with budget targets.

• Liaise closely with clients and internal stakeholders to meet KPI and contractual obligations.

• Champion Emeco’s safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and company standards.

• Mentor, coach, and develop Supervisors and future leaders within the team.

• Relevant trade qualification (nationally recognised)

• Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or similar).

• 5+ years’ experience leading heavy equipment maintenance in mining or civil projects.

• Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Liebherr fleets.

• Proven leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and capital programs.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
