About The Role
Working within the Reliability & Planning department, you will be responsible for the management of equipment maintenance systems and productive operation of heavy mobile mining equipment at Maules Creek mine.
What You’ll Do
- Appropriate planning of resources, parts, equipment and tools to ensure work progresses on weekly schedules in an effective and safe manner
- Cost management through optimised maintenance planning with adherence to supply policy and contractor management
- Ordering parts/services, updating stock levels and creating specifications to ensure quality assurance
- Develop routine activity procedures for re-occurring tasks and assess preventative maintenance inspections
What You Will Bring
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
- Short term or long-term planning experience with mobile mining equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture
- Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling liaison at all levels of the organisation
