Tritton Copper Operations employs more than 400 people and is in Hermidale in Western New South Wales. Tritton has three underground copper mines (Tritton, Avoca Tank and Murrawombie) and the current mine plan for Tritton extends to FY2030.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing monthly, weekly, and daily schedules for all preventative, corrective and ad hoc maintenance work.
- Roll out maintenance planning and scheduling operational readiness initiatives.
- Implement planning and scheduling systems (Pronto CMMS) and processes.
- Create, track, and improve Job Plans.
- Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability and planning and scheduling effectiveness in PRONTO.
- Manage priorities and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise scheduled jobs.
- Chair weekly planning and review meetings with all Relevant stakeholders to pre-schedule, prioritise and review against the plan.
- Liaise with Maintenance Team on plant & equipment movements-availability, transportation maintenance work requirements.
- Scope the relevant maintenance work required to conduct repair/preventive/predictive maintenance activities on Aeris Tritton Copper Resources plant and equipment.
About You
- Relevant Trade or Tertiary Qualification
- Previous Maintenance planning experience
- Mobile plant planning experience is highly advantageous.
- Intermediate to high level of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to high level of experience with PRONTO CMMS
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Projects (Desirable)
