Maintenance Superintendent - Greenbushes

The Greenbushes project is located in the picturesque South West region of Western Australia in the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes. Our client, Talison Lithium, is the world’s leading lithium minerals concentrate provider and the Greenbushes project is recognised as containing the world’s highest grade and largest hard rock deposit of the lithium mineral spodumene. Macmahon is pleased to deliver surface mining operations at the project from 01 July 2023.

 
Macmahon is seeking expressions of interest for a Maintenance Superintendent to join the Greenbushes team on a Drive-In-Drive-Out (DIDO) basis, on an 8/6 roster. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will oversee supervision of maintenance work according to the agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment with the prime objective of ensuring that equipment availability targets are achieved.

About you

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Extensive mining maintenance experience of 10+ years
• Relevant Trade qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well developed leadership and management skills
